A checkout submission is a request to purchase. Because many objects are singular and inventory can change between the physical gallery and the online store, availability may require confirmation.
Orders may be reviewed before acceptance.
We may verify inventory, payment status, delivery information, fraud/security concerns or shipping feasibility before confirming fulfillment. A payment authorization or automated email does not necessarily mean an order has been finally accepted where further verification is reasonably required.
One object cannot be sold twice.
If a piece becomes unavailable because it sold in the physical gallery, was previously reserved, was listed in error or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Casa Tesoro may cancel the affected order and return amounts collected for that unavailable item, subject to applicable law.

Parcel, freight, custom crating, local delivery or white-glove service may be used depending on dimensions, value, fragility and destination. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Risk of loss follows applicable law.
Responsibility for an item in transit, including when risk passes from seller to buyer, is determined by the delivery arrangement and mandatory law that applies to the transaction. Nothing in these Terms shifts risk earlier than applicable consumer law permits.
